Contingency Search
Contingency Searches are executed throughout the year by QTG Consulting for roles in all three areas. The service offered by QTG is aimed at reducing the time spent by hiring managers on the process which can often be mundane and protracted.
The Senior Consultant heading the search will be extremely well versed in their field and hence an appropriate search will be structured to suit each individual mandate. With our extensive experience, a search will be carried out using internal databases, external resources as well as appropriate advertising as required. Once an initial shortlist has been formed, the senior consultant heading the mandate will contact each candidate again and from here a further short list will be drawn and presented. Depending on the number of hires and the time scale involved a retained search could be more appropriate.
