In order to be successful Executive Search needs to have access to the best talent in as many institutions as possible without jeopardizing the privacy of the client. For this reason QTG work with a select number of firms only, and are also willing to sign non-disclosure agreements with every client we do work with.   

Every mandate undertaken by QTG will be assigned a Senior Consultant who is a Head Hunter. All contact with both the client and any potential candidates will be made by the Head Hunter only. This ensures that there is an intimate understanding of the requirements of the client, but simultaneously guarantees no excess information is divulged, privacy is protected and ultimately their position is not compromised in any way.
