Every mandate undertaken by QTG is treated as a unique directive. In order to execute a search that is most appropriate for the client, a thorough understanding of the role is required. As such every client we work with will have a Senior Consultant as a point of contact. This ensures a close working relationship where there is a clear understanding not only of the role, but also of the culture and expectations of each hire on a more fundamental basis.
